Becky Park joined Saunders Therapy Centers in 2017. She comes to us with a strong orthopedic background and over 20 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. Becky received a BA in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in 1997.
She has a special interest in working with clients with spinal pain and is an experienced practitioner of many manual therapy techniques, including Graston, muscle energy techniques, and myofascial release. She is particularly skilled in cognitive behavioral techniques, ergonomics, and functional training. Seeing her clients reach their maximum potential is why she loves her job.
Becky and her husband have two boys. They enjoy hockey, camping, 4-wheeling, and traveling.

Why did you become an occupational therapist?
I always wanted to work with people. After searching multiple careers in healthcare, I decided on Occupational Therapy because it offered me so many various opportunities.
What can patients expect when they see you in the clinic?
I will be your biggest cheerleader. I love helping people reach their goals.
When you’re not working, what do you like to do for fun?
I love anything that runs on gasoline…our Jeep, my 4-wheeler or boat. I am an amateur photographer. My lens loves to capture high school seniors, families and my son’s hockey teams.
What are your favorite ways of staying healthy?
Orange Theory Fitness classes and lots and lots of water.
Where is your hometown?
Mounds View, MN
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always thought I would be a dental hygienist, I love teeth!
What is your favorite thing about living in Minnesota?
Minnesota summers, time on the trails and on the lake.
