Caroline received her BS in Psychology from Baylor University in 2015 and her AAS in Physical Therapy from Anoka Ramsey Community College in 2019.
She believes that, just as every client is different, so is every injury, and she enjoys finding new ways to improve quality of movement and function. She enjoys learning about her clients’ line of work and creating exercise programs which specifically address the concerns of her clients. She believes small changes in movement can make a large impact and enjoys explaining proper body mechanics and muscle engagement to provide her clients with quality, individualized physical therapy.
In her free time Caroline enjoys running around the city lakes, doing yoga, going to shows with friends, and exploring new restaurants and breweries in Minneapolis.
Q&A with Caroline
Why did you become a PTA?
I’ve always been fascinated by anatomy and learning how the body works and moves. Physical therapy allows me to share my love for anatomy through helping others.
What can patients expect when they see you in the clinic?
My patients can expect that I will engage with them to learn their unique story. From how they were injured, to their job, to what recreational activities they would like to return to-I want to know it all. My patients can expect to be provided with education, exercise, and activities to facilitate their rehab process. I do my very best to make it fun!
When you’re not working, what do you like to do for fun?
I enjoy spending time outside, hanging out with friends, and exploring new restaurants around the cities.
What are your favorite ways of staying healthy?
Lifting weights, running, and yoga.
Where is your hometown?
St. Louis, MO.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A pop star. I was very obsessed with the Spice Girls.
What is your favorite thing about living in Minnesota?
I love living in Minneapolis. I take full advantage of the greenway, the lakes, the museums, the concert venues, and the restaurants and bars. There is always something fun to do!
